1. Studio Rules
Welcome to Roc x Royal Studios. By entering the studio or booking any service, you agree to follow these studio rules.
Guests:
A maximum of two (2) guests are allowed per session unless prior approval is given. The person who booked the session is responsible for all guests.
Smoking:
Smoking and vaping are permitted only inside the designated recording booth and control room. Smoking is prohibited in hallways, bathrooms, lobby areas, and all other areas.
Weapons:
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. Anyone found with a weapon will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Respect for Property:
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to studio equipment, furniture, walls, doors, electronics, or any part of the property.
Studio Equipment:
Studio equipment may only be operated by authorized engineers unless permission is given. Clients may not disconnect, move, or alter equipment.
Session Time:
Your session begins at the scheduled booking time, not when you arrive. Late arrivals do not extend the session. Additional studio time is subject to availability and current hourly rates.
Food & Drinks:
Food and beverages are allowed only in designated areas. Drinks must be kept away from all studio equipment.
Personal Property:
Roc x Royal Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please secure all valuables before leaving.
Conduct:
Disruptive behavior, illegal activity, harassment, excessive intoxication, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates studio policies.

2. Terms & Conditions
By booking any service, paying a deposit, purchasing a membership, or entering Roc x Royal Studios, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits reserve your scheduled appointment and compensate for unavailable booking time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows are non-refundable.
Payments:
Full payment is due before leaving the studio unless otherwise approved.
Memberships:
Memberships renew according to billing cycle. Unused hours do not roll over unless stated. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Mixing & Mastering:
Each song includes up to two (2) revisions. Additional revisions may incur charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Media & Promotion:
Roc x Royal Studios may capture behind-the-scenes content for promotional use unless requested otherwise in writing before the session.
Liability:
Clients are responsible for themselves and guests. We are not liable for injury, theft, or loss except where required by law.
Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for policy violations or unsafe behavior.
Booking any service constitutes agreement to these terms.
3. Privacy Policy
Information We Collect:
Name, email, phone number, billing info, appointment history, membership details.
How We Use Information:
Scheduling, payments, confirmations, reminders, promotional offers, newsletters, events, and service improvement.
SMS & Email Marketing:
By providing contact information, customers may receive booking-related messages. If opted in, they may also receive promotional emails and texts. Users can unsubscribe at any time.
Information Sharing:
We do not sell personal information. Data is only shared with trusted service providers (payment processors, scheduling tools, SMS/email systems).
Data Security:
We take reasonable measures to protect customer data.
4. Membership Agreement
Benefits:
Discounted rates, priority booking, beats, rewards, events, and more.
Billing:
Auto-renewal authorization. Payment failure consequences apply.
Scheduling:
Subject to availability. No rollover unless stated.
Cancellation:
Subject to terms above.
Beat Licensing:
Terms apply to all beats provided through membership.
Loyalty & Referral:
Programs subject to terms.
Artist Development:
Disclaimer applies.
Code of Conduct:
Enforcement applies to all members.
